We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7.1 Rules for Using Jacuzzi or Pool by Guests

• No diving or jumping into the pool or jacuzzi.
• No glass containers in the pool area.
• No running around the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or around the pool or jacuzzi.
• No food or drink in the pool or jacuzzi.
• Guests must shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.
• Use of the pool and jacuzzi is at the guests’ own risk.
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
• Guests should clean up after themselves.

7.2 Use of Balcony, Terrace, and/or Patio

• Do not lean or climb over balcony rails or barriers.
• Keep patios and balconies free of clutter.
• Children must be supervised by an adult on balconies, terraces, and the rooftop deck at all times.
• Climbing on rooftops is strictly prohibited.

If you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or without a request from us, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless White Sands Anguilla and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

16.1 Cancellation Procedures: To cancel a booking, please contact us at the provided contact information in writing. Please note that any cancellations must be confirmed by Whites Sands Management/Owners and are subject to our refund policy.

16.2 Refund Policy:

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 90 days before the date of arrival, no refund thereafter.

In the event of No Show, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla, British West Indies.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

20.1 General House Rules

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Pets are allowed with an extra fee and deposit; owner approval required.
• Unregistered guests are allowed with an additional fee; owner approval required.
• Observe the noise curfew: Weekdays 10 PM to 8 AM, Weekends 12 AM to 9 AM.
• Turn off the AC when you go out.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
• Pay for damages exceeding the security deposit.
• Do your dishes and take out the trash before leaving.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

20.2 Parking
Parking is shared among 2 units. Please use the areas closest to your booked unit.

20.3 Shared Areas
The front yard, backyard, rooftop deck, and back patio are shared. Please use the areas closest to your unit.

20.4 Check-in/out
Adhere to check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM) times.
