After working at Malliouhana for many years, Chef Dale Carty opened his high-end restaurant, Tasty’s, in 1999. Dale really put his twist on traditional Anguillian staples like Stewed Chicken, Curry Goat, Stew Conch and the finger licking Snapper (fried, steam, grilled or to your liking) and of course the Steamed Fish n’ Fungi with Provisions – Yum.  With fresh local ingredients and a daily delivery of seafood, you can’t have a bad meal at Tastys.
